Where's Josie?

Josie was being transported from a kill shelter in Indiana to a rescue in New York when she slipped her collar and ran. This blog details our quest to bring her to safety. You can help! Just post any sightings in the comments section....volunteers will be checking them regularly!

I live in Madison Ohio near Rt 90. I will get my 9 yr old son and go take a drive and let you know if I see anything. Best of luck to you on finding her. Oh and have you gone to the Lake County Humane Society on Tyler Blvd. (in Mentor)? Again Best of Luck!

Josie Josie is a shy shelter dog who does not answer to her name. She is a cream-colored husky/collie mix, 2-3 years old and weighing about 40lbs. If you see her, please do not chase, it will only scare her. Try to draw her to you with food, and leave your sighting in the comments section of this blog. Josie is up to date on all her shots. She has recently been spayed, and still has stitches. There is a reward offered for her safe return. Thank you everyone for your help!!!!!
